This competitive program includes graduate-level students from universities across the country. Selected students receive complimentary registration for the entire Summit, individualized panel sessions and programming, and access to industry recruiters looking to hire talented energy professionals. | | Empowerly Startup Internship Program | The Startup Internship Program (SIP) is designed to give high school students the flexible opportunity to explore careers, develop professional skills, and participate in impactful work at global-centric companies. With internships available in the fall, spring, and summer months, and spanning a wide range of roles from the technical to non-technical, we’re thrilled to offer something for all students looking to supercharge their experiences. | | **Leangap** | Leangap is a four-week program for high schoolers that aims to teach them about entrepreneurship and give them practice at coming up with business ideas, pitching, marketing, and more. There is a Zoom option and an in-person option in San Francisco, California. The final part of the program includes a pitching competition with judges from Silicon Valley. | | LaunchX Program | This program is focused on high school entrepreneurs who want to learn how to launch a startup. Students will work with their peers to build real products and learn how to solve business challenges. | | Middle School Girls in STEM Program - LACI (laincubator.org) | LACI’s Middle School Girls in STEM Program is focused on building out a pipeline for future female innovators in the STEM + Sustainability space focused on advancing female founders with distinctive support and resources.  LACI’s Middle School Girls in STEM Program inspires girls through hands-on prototype development to address real-world problems, community engagement, and ultimately, solutions for global climate change. The program engages middle school girls around the relevance of school (especially math and science) to future achievement and gives them the opportunity to learn more about the climate crisis and ways they can make an impact, now and in the future. | | Uncharted Learning | • Uncharted Learning offers two courses designed for high schoolers and entrepreneurship

INCubatoredu is a full-year course offering an authentic entrepreneurship experience as students develop their own product or service startup. It is designed for 9th and 10th grade. ▪ Problem-Solution Identification | Student teams explore, pivot, iterate and develop resilience as they work to solve problems they care about. ▪ Customer and Idea Exploration | Real entrepreneurs and industry experts serve as volunteer coaches and mentors guiding student teams through the process of idea validation. ▪ Pitch for Real Funding  | Student teams pitch to gain investment funds in a final shark-tank style pitch event. As a second-year course, ACCELeratoredu provides students the opportunity to launch and gain traction for their business. It is designed for 11th and 12th grade. ▪ Company Formation  |  Establishing a legal entity and developing three areas: customer acquisition, production and business processes as it suits their business. ▪ Market Traction  |  The experience models a real-life start-up accelerator focused on developing teams through mentorship, education, connections, and accountability to launch a company. ▪ Iterate and Scale  |  The course transitions businesses founded in INCubatoredu into sustainable, functioning ventures. | | Wharton Global Youth Program | Wharton Global Youth’s Online Programs are interactive, pre-collegiate experiences for students currently enrolled in grades 9–12. Led by Wharton faculty and instructional staff, these programs explore topics driven by Wharton research and teaching, and have been adapted specifically for the virtual classroom. Students engage with our rigorous business education while studying and networking with global peers, all before they head to college. |
